Bu gizlilik politikası, DersKoçu (“Uygulama”) uygulamasının hangi verileri işlediğini, nerede sakladığını ve nasıl koruduğunu açıklar. DersKoçu, Lumii tarafından geliştirilen, ortaokul ve lise öğrencileri için bir ders yardımcısıdır: konu anlatımı, quiz ve bilgi kartları, çalışma planı ve yapay zekâ (AI) destekli soru çözümü sunar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Uygulamanın büyük bölümü (konu anlatımları, quizler, bilgi kartları, çalışma planı, pomodoro) hesap açmadan ve çevrimdışı çalışır. Giriş yalnızca AI özellikleri (AI koç sohbeti, fotoğraftan soru çözme) ve ilerlemenin sunucuda yedeklenmesi/eşitlenmesi için gerekir.
Giriş yalnızca Apple ile Giriş Yap (Sign in with Apple) ile yapılır. Apple bize sizi tanımlayan bir Apple kullanıcı kimliği iletir; siz paylaşmayı seçerseniz adınız ve e-posta adresiniz de iletilir. “E-postamı Gizle” seçeneğini kullanabilirsiniz; bu durumda Apple'ın oluşturduğu aktarma adresini alırız. Şifre saklamayız.
Hesap açtığınızda aşağıdaki veriler, bize ait ve bizim işlettiğimiz sunucuda (Netcup veri merkezi, Nürnberg, Almanya — Avrupa Birliği) saklanır:
Sohbet mesajlarının içeriği sunucumuzda saklanmaz. Sorunuz ve son birkaç mesaj, yanıt üretilmesi için AI sağlayıcısına iletilir ve yanıt size geri döner; sunucumuzda yalnızca token sayıları kaydedilir. Sohbet geçmişiniz sadece cihazınızda tutulur.
AI yanıtları Anthropic (ABD) tarafından sağlanan API ile üretilir. Yanıt üretmek için sorunuzun metni, sohbetin son birkaç mesajı ve — fotoğraftan soru çözme özelliğini kullanırsanız — çektiğiniz/seçtiğiniz fotoğraf Anthropic'in API'sine iletilir. Bu, kişisel verilerin yurt dışına aktarımı anlamına gelir ve KVKK m. 9 / GDPR Bölüm V kapsamında değerlendirilir.
Anthropic'in API kullanım koşullarına göre bu veriler modellerin eğitiminde kullanılmaz; saklama süresi Anthropic'in gizlilik politikasına tabidir: anthropic.com/legal/privacy. Lütfen sorularınıza ve fotoğraflarınıza ad, T.C. kimlik numarası, adres, okul numarası gibi kişisel bilgiler eklemeyin.
Token paketleri (tüketilebilir uygulama içi satın alma) Apple In-App Purchase üzerinden satılır. Ödemeyi Apple işler; kart bilgilerinize hiçbir zaman erişmeyiz. Apple'dan imzalı işlem kaydını (işlem numarası, ürün kimliği, satın alma tarihi, ortam) alır ve tokenleri hesabınıza yüklemek için cüzdan defterinde saklarız.
Kamera ve Fotoğraflar: yalnızca siz bir sorunun fotoğrafını çekerek ya da seçerek çözmek istediğinizde erişilir. Fotoğraf, yanıt için AI sağlayıcısına iletilir; sunucumuzda saklanmaz.
Uygulama reklam göstermez, reklam ağı SDK'sı içermez, cihaz izleme izni (App Tracking Transparency) istemez ve reklam kimliği (IDFA) işlemez. Üçüncü taraf analitik SDK'sı kullanılmaz, uygulamalar arası tanımlayıcı oluşturulmaz, konum verisi alınmaz ve verileriniz hiçbir şekilde satılmaz.
DersKoçu ortaokul ve lise öğrencilerine yöneliktir; kullanıcılarımızın çoğu 13–18 yaş aralığındadır. Bu nedenle çocukların gizliliğini özellikle gözetiriz:
Sunucudaki veriler hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı silmek için ai@bereketlitopraklar.com.tr adresine (giriş yaptığınız Apple e-postasından ya da uygulamadaki görünen adınızı belirterek) bir e-posta göndermeniz yeterlidir. Kimlik doğrulama kaydınızı ve sunucudaki tüm satırları en geç 30 gün içinde sileriz. Kullanılmamış token bakiyesi hesapla birlikte silinir. Cihazdaki yerel veriler, uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir.
Verileri, sizinle yaptığımız sözleşmenin (uygulama hizmetinin) ifası ve meşru menfaatimiz (hizmetin güvenli ve doğru çalışması) temelinde işleriz; yurt dışına aktarım (AI sağlayıcısı) için AI özelliklerini kullanmanızla verdiğiniz açık rızaya dayanırız. KVKK m. 11 ve GDPR uyarınca şu haklara sahipsiniz:
Taleplerinizi yukarıdaki e-posta adresine iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
Tüm bağlantılar TLS (HTTPS) ile şifrelenir. Sunucuya erişim yetkilendirilmiş oturum anahtarlarıyla sınırlıdır ve her kullanıcı yalnızca kendi verilerine erişebilir. Oturum anahtarları cihazınızda Anahtar Zinciri'nde saklanır.
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve “Son güncelleme” tarihi değiştirilir.

This privacy policy explains what data the DersKoçu app (the “App”) processes, where it is stored and how it is protected. DersKoçu is a study companion for middle- and high-school students developed by Lumii: lessons, quizzes and flashcards, a study plan and AI-assisted question solving. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Most of the App (lessons, quizzes, flashcards, study plan, pomodoro) works without an account and offline. Signing in is required only for the AI features (AI coach chat, solving a question from a photo) and for backing up / syncing your progress to our server.
The only sign-in method is Sign in with Apple. Apple sends us an Apple user identifier; if you choose to share them, your name and e-mail address are sent as well. You may use “Hide My Email”, in which case we receive Apple's relay address. We never store a password.
When you create an account, the following data is stored on a server we own and operate (Netcup data centre, Nuremberg, Germany — European Union):
The contents of chat messages are NOT stored on our server. Your question and the last few messages are sent to the AI provider to produce the answer, and the answer is returned to you; only token counts are logged on our server. Your chat history lives only on your device.
AI answers are generated through an API provided by Anthropic (USA). To produce an answer, the text of your question, the last few chat messages and — if you use photo solving — the photo you took or selected are transmitted to Anthropic's API. This constitutes an international transfer of personal data under KVKK Art. 9 / GDPR Chapter V.
Under Anthropic's API terms this data is not used to train models; retention is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy: anthropic.com/legal/privacy. Please do not include personal information (names, national ID numbers, addresses, school numbers) in your questions or photos.
Token packs (consumable in-app purchases) are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment; we never have access to your card details. We receive Apple's signed transaction (transaction ID, product ID, purchase date, environment) and store it in the wallet ledger in order to credit tokens to your account.
Camera and Photos: accessed only when you choose to solve a question by taking or selecting a photo. The photo is sent to the AI provider to produce the answer; it is not stored on our server.
The App does not show ads, contains no ad-network SDK, does not request tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) and does not process the advertising identifier (IDFA). No third-party analytics SDK is used, no cross-app identifiers are created, no location data is collected and your data is never sold.
DersKoçu is aimed at middle- and high-school students; most of our users are between 13 and 18. We therefore take particular care with children's privacy:
Server data is kept for as long as your account exists. To delete your account, e-mail ai@bereketlitopraklar.com.tr (from the Apple e-mail you signed in with, or stating your display name in the App). We delete your authentication record and all server rows within 30 days. Any unused token balance is deleted with the account. Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.
We process data to perform our contract with you (providing the App service) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the service securely and correctly; for the international transfer to the AI provider we rely on the explicit consent you give by using the AI features. Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you have the right to:
Send requests to the e-mail address above; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
All connections are encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Server access is limited to authorised session tokens and each user can access only their own data. Session tokens are stored in the Keychain on your device.
We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page and the “Last updated” date is changed.
