Hesabımı ve verilerimi nasıl sildiririm?

  1. ai@bereketlitopraklar.com.tr adresine konu satırı DersKoçu hesap silme olan bir e-posta gönderin. Mümkünse Apple ile giriş yaptığınız e-postadan yazın; “E-postamı Gizle” kullandıysanız uygulamadaki görünen adınızı belirtin.
  2. Kimlik doğrulama kaydınızı ve sunucudaki tüm verilerinizi (profil, ilerleme, quiz sonuçları, XP/rozetler, token cüzdanı ve defteri, AI kullanım meta verisi) en geç 30 gün içinde sileriz ve size bilgi veririz.
  3. Cihazınızdaki yerel veriler (dersler, planlar, sohbet geçmişi) uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir.

Not: Silinen hesaptaki kullanılmamış token bakiyesi geri alınamaz. Ebeveyn/vasi olarak çocuğunuzun hesabı için de aynı yolla talepte bulunabilirsiniz.

Sık sorulan sorular

Uygulama ücretli mi, reklam var mı?
Uygulamayı indirmek ücretsizdir; konu anlatımları, quizler, bilgi kartları ve plan hesap açmadan ve çevrimdışı kullanılabilir. Reklam yoktur. Yalnızca AI özellikleri (AI koç sohbeti, fotoğraftan soru çözme) token ile çalışır.
Token nedir, nasıl çalışır?
Token, AI yanıtlarının “yakıtı”dır. Her AI yanıtında, AI sağlayıcısının o yanıt için harcadığı token sayısının 5 katı cüzdanınızdan düşer (örneğin sağlayıcı 1.000 token harcarsa cüzdanınızdan 5.000 token düşer). Tipik bir soru-cevap yaklaşık 7.500 token tutar; uzun sorular, uzun sohbet geçmişi ve fotoğraflar daha fazla harcar. Bakiyenizi uygulamadaki cüzdan ekranından görebilirsiniz.
Hangi paketler var?
Başlangıç 100.000 token, Standart 300.000 token, Mega 1.000.000 token. Güncel fiyatlar App Store'da ve uygulama içinde gösterilir. Paketler tüketilebilir (consumable) satın almalardır: kullanıldıkça biter, otomatik yenilenmez ve abonelik değildir. Kalan token hesabınızda kalır ve süresi dolmaz.
İade alabilir miyim?
Token paketleri tüketilebilir ürün olduğundan biz doğrudan iade yapamayız; ödemeyi Apple işler. İade talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır: reportaproblem.apple.com. İade edilen tokenler cüzdandan düşülür.
Satın aldım ama token yüklenmedi?
Uygulamayı kapatıp yeniden açın; bekleyen satın almalar öne gelişte otomatik olarak yeniden denenir. Düzelmezse Apple'dan gelen sipariş e-postasındaki işlem numarasıyla bize yazın.
Sohbetlerim saklanıyor mu?
Sohbet mesajlarının içeriği sunucumuzda saklanmaz; yanıt için AI sağlayıcısına (Anthropic) iletilir ve size döner. Sunucuda yalnızca token sayısı, zaman ve mod kaydedilir. Sohbet geçmişi cihazınızda tutulur. Ayrıntı: Gizlilik Politikası.
Neden Apple ile giriş gerekiyor?
Giriş yalnızca AI özellikleri ve ilerlemenin sunucuda eşitlenmesi için gerekir; tek yöntem Apple ile Giriş'tir ve şifre saklanmaz. “E-postamı Gizle”yi kullanabilirsiniz.
AI yanlış cevap verirse?
AI yanıtları öğrenmeye yardımcı olmak içindir; hata yapabilir. Önemli konularda ders kitabınızı ve öğretmeninizi esas alın.

How do I delete my account and data?

  1. E-mail ai@bereketlitopraklar.com.tr with the subject DersKoçu account deletion. If possible write from the e-mail you used with Sign in with Apple; if you used “Hide My Email”, state your display name in the app.
  2. We delete your authentication record and all server data (profile, progress, quiz results, XP/badges, token wallet and ledger, AI usage metadata) within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
  3. Local data on your device (lessons, plans, chat history) is removed when you uninstall the app.

Note: any unused token balance on a deleted account cannot be recovered. Parents or guardians may request deletion of a child's account the same way.

FAQ

Is the app paid? Are there ads?
The app is free to download; lessons, quizzes, flashcards and the plan work without an account and offline. There are no ads. Only the AI features (AI coach chat, photo solving) consume tokens.
What are tokens and how do they work?
Tokens are the “fuel” for AI answers. For every AI answer, 5 times the number of tokens the AI provider used for that answer is deducted from your wallet (e.g. if the provider used 1,000 tokens, 5,000 are deducted). A typical question and answer costs about 7,500 tokens; long questions, long chat history and photos cost more. Your balance is shown on the wallet screen in the app.
Which packs are available?
Starter 100,000 tokens, Standard 300,000 tokens, Mega 1,000,000 tokens. Current prices are shown in the App Store and in the app. Packs are consumable purchases: they are used up, do not renew automatically and are not subscriptions. Remaining tokens stay in your account and do not expire.
Can I get a refund?
Token packs are consumable, so we cannot refund directly; Apple processes the payment. Refund requests go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunded tokens are removed from the wallet.
I purchased but no tokens were credited?
Close and reopen the app; pending purchases are retried automatically when the app comes to the foreground. If that does not help, write to us with the transaction ID from Apple's order e-mail.
Are my chats stored?
The contents of chat messages are not stored on our server; they are sent to the AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the answer and returned to you. Only token counts, time and mode are logged. Chat history stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
Why is Sign in with Apple required?
Sign-in is needed only for the AI features and syncing your progress; Sign in with Apple is the only method and no password is stored. You may use “Hide My Email”.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
AI answers are meant to help you learn and can be wrong. Rely on your textbook and teacher for anything important.
